Steve is fully licensed as a ski, rock and alpine guide, certified by the American Mountain Guide Association and the International Federation of Mountain Guide Associations. This is the highest level of guiding qualifications in the world, held by only a handful of Americans.

Back in the States after a great season in the Alps. I’m leading a trip on Mt. Baker as a part of Mammut’s 150th anniversary Biggest Peak Project Celebration Then it is back to Colorado for some Alpine Peak climbs like the classic knife ridge on Capitol Peak as well as desert rock climbing in Utah. This winter is already stacking up with ice climbing, backcountry skiing, snowcat skiing and spring ski touring in the Alps!
